15 Pounds Gone!

Okay, I'm not going to get too excited here. I know the weight loss is about to slow down, but I'm thoroughly enjoying seeing a difference on the scale almost every morning! I think one of my biggest helpers with this diet has been the bite-size candy bars or mini reese cups. I was craving chocolate SO OFTEN - eating candy bars daily (ugh). I know it isn't feasible for me to ever actually quit eating chocolate, so I when I get the craving, I eat one of the bite size snickers or mini reese cups & I'm done! I'm totally over the craving with one bite! How cool is that? I'm SOOOOO hoping I can keep this up so that I can feel comfortable on the cruise. If I'm heavy, I know I won't enjoy it, I'll be paranoid the entire time.

Yes, I have issues. And yes, I'm aware of it. :o)

Yay for you!! I've been inspired by Ellen to try to get off my duff and workout and try to eat better! Hopefully I can be loosing some weight also!

Yay!!! That rocks!!!

I cut up a 3 Muskateers bar and put it in the freezer. It has less fat and is just enough to curb the craving. That and jello pudding!

I'm so proud of you Steph - keep it up!!
